Why do most diets fail?
All diets fail for ONE main reason: not having easy access to GOOD, healthy food. Instead, you find yourself eating processed foods and junk, which derails your health, energy and weight management.
Rule #1: Always eat for your HEALTH first!
Rule #2: Remember that not everyone loses weight at the same speed. Persevere.
Rule #3: You can’t out train a bad diet. Exercise certainly helps your mind, emotions and body, but remember it’s 90% diet and 10% exercise.
