Learn to cook 45-55 meals in 2 hours with eight delicious meal options that can be tweaked. Each meal is great for low carb, Mediterranean, banting and paleo eating styles. You’ll discover food that is healthy NOT boring). Take home shopping lists and our FitChef Action Cards, which are perfect for kitchen-virgins and more experienced cooks. Best of all you get to take home the meals you cook on the evening to kick start your new lifestyle.

How it works
On the evening we ask you to arrive 30 mins or earlier. We will have a number of FitChef meals and smoothies for you to eat before we start. A cash bar is also available.
The course will last about three hours with additional chatting, demo’s and questions. You will learn how easy it is to cook great health delicious meals. People tend to go at their own pace during the evening, but once all meals are packed you are free to leave, ask questions or take more selfies. It’s a great experience that will change your life and leave you energised!
What meals will you cook?
These are the meals you cook but you can tweak them according to your likes (although I suggest doing it this way for the first month):
- Pumpkin/Butternut Cottage Pie
- Con Carne, Beans & Brown & Wild Rice
- Red Thai Curry & Roasted Veg
- Green Thai Curry, Green Crispy Veg & Wild Rice
- Chicken Pesto Wholewheat Pasta & roasted Veg
- Chicken, Roasted Veg & Wholewheat Couscous
- Sweet Chilli Chicken, Cashew & Green Veg
- Cashew Nut Satay Chicken & Roasted Veg
To tweak, you can reduce carbs, increase oils, cook more protein, etc. We do use a few good quality high-fibre carbs in these meals, so please remember carbs are not bad, it’s poor quality refined carbs without fibre and added sugar that are the problem. We have had tremendous feedback on the quality of these meals.
